This umbrella policy covers rahuljangir.work, product enquiries, digital delivery, optional analytics, newsletters, services, and payments. A product may publish additional privacy details for its specialised data.

1. Who is responsible
Rahul Jangir operates rahuljangir.work, Kharcha Pani, and Sadabahar UI as an individual and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@rahuljangir.work.
2. Data we may collect
- Identity and contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and delivery details when you provide them.
- Order information such as the product or service, amount, currency, status, invoice, and payment or refund reference.
- Account, support, delivery, licence, project, and security records.
- Limited device and usage information when you opt in to optional analytics.
- Your email address, subscription status, and unsubscribe token when you join the newsletter.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to answer enquiries, operate accounts, prepare and administer orders, receive payment confirmation, deliver digital items or services, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain legally required records, operate the newsletter, and improve the site when analytics consent is present.
4. Product-specific data
Kharcha Pani processes account and user-entered personal-finance data to provide tracking, reporting, household, tax-planning, and optional AI features. Its dedicated Privacy Policy provides detailed financial-data disclosures and controls.
Sadabahar UI processes account, purchase, licence, team-seat, API-key, registry-access, and download records to deliver and protect Free and Pro content. Its dedicated Privacy Policy provides detailed product disclosures.
5. Payments and Razorpay
Razorpay may process payment and transaction data under its own privacy terms when you use Razorpay Checkout or a Razorpay-hosted payment surface. We may receive contact details, the amount, status, and transaction references needed to fulfil and support the order.
We do not ask for or store your full card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password. Never send those credentials to our support address.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Data may be handled by service providers that support payments, hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, analytics, AI, security, accounting, and other functions needed for the requested service. We share only what is reasonably necessary and do not sell personal data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or in connection with a properly notified business or service transfer.
7. Cookies and local storage
Necessary browser storage remembers themes and privacy choices. Optional PostHog measurement on this portfolio is disabled by default and activates only after you accept measurement cookies. Individual products may use essential authentication and security cookies as described in their policies.
8. Retention and security
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for account or product operation, delivery, support, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. Some transaction or accounting records may need to be retained despite a deletion request. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe option.
10. Children and policy changes
Accounts and paid offerings are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their payment information. We may update this policy as products, services, or legal requirements change; material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
